These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Apprize mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by Apprize ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Apprize is an item identification service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of vintage items, antiques, and collectibles. The Service provides item names, descriptions, condition assessments, estimated values, and market data.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Free users can submit identifications but will receive limited results. Full identification details, pricing data, and market information require an Apprize Pro subscription.

Apprize Pro

Apprize Pro is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Apprize and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the identification service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Identification results, price estimates, and market data are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any identification or valuation. You should not rely solely on Apprize for purchasing, selling, or insurance decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apprize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
